ACT Xtreme pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's 4-pad rigid race discs are made with high quality, ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. With the 4-pad rigid race disc, engagement is harsher, but shifting is faster. The 4-pad rigid race disc is well-suited for the smaller disc sizes in smaller engines.

Features

Product Weight (lbs.): 14.7

Torque Capacity (ft/lbs.): 565

Torque Capacity Over OE: 1.3

Pilot Bushing Included: Yes

Pressure Plate Type: Xtreme

Release Bearing Included: Yes

Clutch Disc Diameter (in.): 9.4

Clutch Disc Diameter (mm): 240

Disc Material: Ceramic

Input Spline Quantity: 23

Input Shaft Diameter (in.): 1

Alignment Tool Included: Yes

Applications

1987-1989 Chrysler Conquest

1987-1989 Mitsubishi Starion

What's In The Box?

Clutch Pilot Bearing (PB1002)

Clutch Release Bearing (RB422)

Clutch Friction Disc (4240008)

Clutch Alignment Tool (AT03)

Clutch Pressure Plate (MZ010X)

References

Installation Instructions

Warranty

Manufacturer 1 Year Warranty

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1639/5151/files/ACT-XTRace-Rigid-4-Pad-Kit-Multiple-Fitments-MS1-XTR4.jpg?v=1792415845
