These kits use a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design, which results in quiet operation with no floater rattle and no posts to wear. ACT twin disc kits undergo an exclusive four-stage, heat-treating process on all diaphragms. The ACT twin disc features the ability to adjust for disc wear and provides equal disengagement for discs. ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs are made with high quality, ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and trouble-free service. All ACT twin disc kits include a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel to ensure trouble-free installation and operation. ACT twin disc kits include a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel and alignment tool. Some kits may include a pilot bearing and release bearing.

Features

Product Weight (lbs.): 47.7

SFI: 1.2

Torque Capacity (ft/lbs.): 1263

Torque Capacity Over OE: 117

Clutch Disc Diameter (in.): 10.5

Clutch Disc Diameter (mm): 267

Input Spline Quantity: 10

Input Shaft Diameter (in.): 1.375

Applications

1965-1968 Ford Galaxie 500

1966-1969 Ford Fairlane

1968-1968 Ford Torino

1963-1967 Ford Galaxie

What's In The Box?

1 - Heavy Duty Pressure Plate

1 - Clutch Disk

1 - Throwout Bearing

1 - Pilot Bearing

1 - Clutch Alignment Tool

References

Installation Instructions

Warranty

Manufacturer 1 Year Warranty

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1639/5151/files/ACT-Twin-Disc-XT-Race-Kit-Multiple-Fitments-T2R-F08.jpg?v=1792417234
