ACT MaXX pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's 4-pad rigid race discs are made with high quality, ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. With the 4-pad rigid race disc, engagement is harsher, but shifting is faster. The 4-pad rigid race disc is well-suited for the smaller disc sizes in smaller engines.

Features

Product Weight (lbs.): 9.8

Torque Capacity (ft/lbs.): 420

Torque Capacity Over OE: 1.56

Pilot Bushing Included: Yes

Pressure Plate Type: MaXX

Release Bearing Included: Yes

Clutch Disc Diameter (in.): 8.3

Clutch Disc Diameter (mm): 212

Disc Material: Ceramic

Input Spline Quantity: 20

Input Shaft Diameter (in.): 0.875

Alignment Tool Included: Yes

Applications

1997-2005 Acura EL

1993-1997 Honda Civic del Sol

1992-2005 Honda Civic

What's In The Box?

Clutch Friction Disc (4212004)

Clutch Alignment Tool (AT20)

Clutch Pressure Plate (H023XX)

Clutch Pilot Bearing (PB1002)

Clutch Release Bearing (RB820)

References

Installation Instructions

Warranty

Manufacturer 1 Year Warranty

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1639/5151/files/ACT-MaXXRace-Rigid-4-Pad-Kit-Multiple-Fitments-HC5-XXR4.jpg?v=1792430617
