Vehicle Application 2008 Chevrolet Corvette LS7 7.0L V8 (427 Limited Edition Z06, Z06) 2007 Chevrolet Corvette LS7 7.0L V8 (Z06) 2006 Chevrolet Corvette LS7 7.0L V8 (Z06) Features and Benefits HPS Performance Red Silicone Radiator Coolant Hose Kit (part number 57-1277R-RED) is designed to replace 2006-2008 Chevy Corvette Z06 LS7 7.0L V8 old or damaged lower and upper radiator coolant hoses. It features premium high-heat resistant material that meets or exceeds OE specifications, with a maximum temperature rating of 350F. Unlike universal hoses from local parts stores, HPS silicone hose kits are engineered with precise bends and curves for a perfect fit. For easy installation, this kit includes 100% stainless steel, non-perforated embossed hose clamps that will not cut through the silicone hoses. HPS silicone hoses can fix and prevent coolant leaks and engine overheating problems often caused by cracked, damaged, or collapsed OEM rubber coolant hoses. Excellent for extreme ambient and radiant temperature conditions, these silicone hoses withstand the harsh high temperatures and high-pressure operating conditions of the engine. This ensures your engine maintains peak efficiency during daily driving or racing competition. Remark: Silicone hose water permeation rate is 10 to 15 times greater than standard EPDM rubber hose. Checking water level regularly is highly recommended when silicone coolant hoses are used in a daily driving vehicle.
